Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain PLC-based automation systems for SPM (Special Purpose Machines) and manufacturing equipment.
Programming, troubleshooting, and modification of PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.).
Develop HMI/SCADA systems for user interfaces and real-time monitoring.
Perform system integration, wiring, and panel testing.
Diagnose and resolve machine automation issues in real-time during production.
Collaborate with the mechanical and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation of automated systems.
Implement changes and upgrades to existing PLC programs to improve productivity and reliability.
Maintain proper documentation of programs, schematics, and service reports.
Provide training and support to technicians and operators.

Key Skills:

Proficient in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.)
Hands-on experience with HMI/SCADA development
Good understanding of sensors, actuators, VFDs, and control systems
Knowledge of electrical schematics and panel wiring
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in SPM and pneumatic/hydraulic systems preferred

Preferred Industry Background:

Manufacturing, Automotive, Medical Devices, Industrial Automation, or similar domains
