The candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with PLC-based automation systems , especially with Allen Bradley / Rockwell and Siemens PLCs in process or manufacturing industries. Key Responsibilities: Programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Allen Bradley / Rockwell PLC (MicroLogix, CompactLogix, ControlLogix) and Siemens PLC (S7-1200, S7-300, S7-400) HMI development and modification using FactoryTalk View , RSView32 , WinCC , etc. Troubleshooting automation control issues in process machinery and equipment Designing and modifying PLC logic as per process requirements and interlocks Working knowledge of communication protocols like Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP Coordination with OEMs and vendors for technical support, software backups, and version control Planning and execution of PLC migration/upgrade projects Ensuring adherence to automation safety standards and documentation Key Skills: Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation PLCs ControlLogix, CompactLogix, MicroLogix Siemens PLCs – S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200 series SCADA/HMI Platforms – FactoryTalk, RSLogix 5000/500, WinCC, Step7, TIA Portal Industrial communication – Ethernet/IP, Modbus RTU/TCP, Profibus PLC program troubleshooting, backup, and restoration Process interlocking, PID tuning, logic development Panel design basics and I/O mapping Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation Strong analytical and diagnostic skills for troubleshooting PLC faults Ability to handle field automation issues independently Good understanding of safety interlocks and PLC-based control systems Team player with strong communication and documentation skills
