Position = Design engineer Experience = 5 to 7 yLocation = Pirangut PuneSalary = Hike on current salary Experience in pressure vessel, boiler ,spray dryers or similar equipment manufacturing is highly desirable).Job Description:Functional Responsibility: -• Design and develop mechanical systems and components based on customer requirements andproject specifications.• Create 2D and 3D CAD models using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or other CAD software.• Perform engineering calculations, including stress analysis, thermal analysis, and fatigue analysis.• Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate design alternatives.• Perform Equipment layout review, checking & preparation as required.• Perform Process flow diagram (PFD) & Piping & instrumentation diagram P & ID review.• Perform Planning and scheduling of drawings with respect to manpower and project schedule.• Perform cutout & foundation drawing preparation and checking.• Perform civil load data preparation for client submission.• Perform piping PMS preparation for project as per project specification.• Perform fabrication drawing review & BOM checking for the same.• Perform checks and revisions of technical drawings to ensure accuracy and clarity.• Perform All bought-out GAD checking & approval as per requirement.• Perform ISO audit document preparation and keeping record for same & face the various ISO9001:2015 audits.• Perform review of 3D model, piping ISO as per P&ID.• Perform weekly review meeting report preparation.• Perform ERP / SAP task related to design engineering.Generic Responsibility:• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including process design, manufacturing, and quality control, tointegrate designs into complete systems.• Suggest improvements to existing mechanical systems and processes.• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.• Propose design improvements based on lessons learned from past projects.Employment type: Full Time on Permanent basisEducation:Bachelors degree in mechanical Engineering or related field.Experience:• Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, drafting preferably in amanufacturing.
