Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Handle
plant maintenance and machine building
activities for SPM machines, automatic machines, and automatic assembly lines.
Attend to
electrical breakdowns
and carry out
preventive maintenance
of machines.
Perform
troubleshooting and repair
of electrical/electronic systems in automatic machines.
Hands-on experience in
electrical control panel wiring, panel building, and testing
.
Work on
PLC programming, HMI configuration, Servo drives, and motion control systems
.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of
pneumatic systems
such as air cylinders, solenoid valves, etc.
Ensure machines run smoothly and achieve minimal downtime in production lines.
Prepare and maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and preventive schedules.
Collaborate with mechanical and production teams for smooth machine operation.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong background in
industrial automation and control systems
.
Hands-on knowledge of
PLC programming, HMI, SCADA, and Servo drives
.
Experience in
electrical wiring, control panel building, and troubleshooting
.
Practical experience with
SPM machines, automatic machines, and assembly lines
.
Knowledge of
pneumatic systems
(air cylinders, solenoid valves).
Good problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
