Description
Design and Development: Conceptualize, design, and develop PLC AND HMI programs to meet specific client or company needs. Schematic Diagramming: Create schematic diagrams to represent system components and their interactions. Programming and Testing: Write and test PLC AND HMI programs using languages like ladder logic, sequential function charts, and function block diagrams. Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission PLC AND HMI programs into industrial machinery and systems. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, perform maintenance, and optimize system performance. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for PLC AND HMI programs and systems. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation. Client Support: Provide technical support and training to clients on PLC AND HMI systems and their applications. Required Skills: Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in PLC programming, electrical/mechanical principles, and relevant software. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with engineers, technicians, and clients. Knowledge of PLC AND HMI Programming Languages: Proficiency in various PLC Delta,siemens,schneider,ab,abb,mitsubishi etc programming languages, such as ladder logic, sequential function charts, and function block diagrams. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with PLC AND HMI programming software and tools. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
