Key Responsibilities

• Automation Strategy & Development

  : Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation test suites using

  Playwright

  and

  Cypress Automation

  .

• Database Testing

  : Perform

  strong DB testing using SQL

  , including complex query writing for data validation and integrity checks.

• Test Lifecycle Management

  : Oversee the entire

  Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)

  , ensuring best practices are followed from planning to execution and reporting.

• Agile & Domain Expertise

  : Work effectively within

  Agile-based testing

  methodologies and apply deep knowledge of the

  Banking domain

  to testing efforts.

• Team & Task Management

  : Demonstrate

  strong team and task management skills

  , ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely delivery of automation goals.

• Defect Management

  : Manage defects proficiently using

  Jira and QC ALM

  , including logging, tracking, and reporting.

• Client Interaction

  : Possess

  good communication skills

  and the ability to

  work with clients directly

  , gathering requirements and providing status updates.

• Tool Exposure

  : Leverage exposure to

  Selenium Automation and API testing

  for comprehensive test coverage.

• Leadership & Mentoring

  : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
