Playbook Documentation Intern

We are looking for a Playbook Documentation Intern to help us build and maintain clear, structured internal playbooks and SOPs across teams. If you enjoy documenting processes, bringing clarity to workflows, and turning discussions into well-written documents, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

· Document business processes, SOPs, and workflows across teams

· Create and maintain internal playbooks (HR, Operations, Sales, Finance, Tech)

· Convert meetings, discussions, and notes into structured documentation

· Ensure consistency, clarity, and version control across documents

Who should apply:

· Strong written communication skills in English

· Good attention to detail and structured thinking

· Comfortable with MS Word / Google Docs / MS Office

· MBA preferred; BBA / B.Com / BA graduates may also apply

· Willingness to learn and work closely with cross-functional teams

· Duration: 3–6 months
