Description:
Advantal Technologies is looking for a highly skilled Platform Verification Lead to take ownership of the end-to-end validation of complex, high-performance SoC platforms. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing robust verification strategies to ensure that our platforms meet stringent functional, performance, and system integration requirements.

You will act as the technical lead, driving verification methodologies, mentoring a team of engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including hardware, firmware, and software, to ensure first-time-right solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Define, architect, and execute platform-level verification strategies.

· Lead and mentor a team of verification engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

· Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to achieve seamless system-level validation.

· Drive continuous improvement in verification methodologies and processes.

· Ensure compliance with performance, functionality, and integration goals.

Required Skillset:

· Strong expertise in SystemC, RTL, and platform peripherals.

· Proven experience in platform-level or SoC-level verification.

· Solid understanding of system architecture, integration, and validation flows.

· Strong problem-solving and leadership skills with the ability to guide a team effectively.
