Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Platform Sales Executive to manage and grow sales on various online platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of online marketplaces, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of sales on online platforms (Shoption & others).
• Upload, update, and optimize product listings.
• Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries.
• Track daily sales performance and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch.
• Implement strategies to improve platform visibility and sales.
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing.
• Maintain good relationships with platform partners.
• Work on promotional campaigns and offers to boost sales.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in platform/online sales.
• Strong understanding of online marketplace operations.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Education:

Any graduate (preferred in commerce/business/marketing).
