Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a Platform Engineering Senior Engineer with overall 5+ years experience working with decision systems platforms (FICO systems, Provenir, SDS/Power Curve, etc. )

Requirements:

Strong programming skills in R , Python , SAS and SQL .

Experience in multiple languages is highly advantageous.

Advanced coding skills in R, Python, Java or SQL.

Mandatory skills required R (Programming Language), Python, Sas (Software), SQL, Credit Scores, Credit Analysis and Financial Services.

Familiarity with Agile Software Development and CI/CD.

System testing expertise: Proficiency with testing capabilities within decision management platforms

A STEM degree (e. g. , Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent hands-on experience in a related field.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of analytical model development, credit bureau data, and financial services.

Knowledge of lending landscape and various in-house and outsourced systems, applications & services used by Decision Systems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills with attention to detail.

Competence to work and adapt in fast-changing environment with tight delivery timelines.

Capacity to manage multiple large-scale projects.

Able to network and build strong relationships with internal and external peer groups.
