Description

We are seeking a skilled Plastic Molding Shift Leader to oversee our production team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plastic molding processes and will be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently during their shift.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the shift operations for plastic molding processes.
Ensure production targets are met efficiently and within quality standards.
Monitor machinery and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.
Train and mentor team members in operational procedures and safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of molding machines.
Collaborate with quality control to address defects and implement improvements.
Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report to management.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in plastic molding or related field.
Strong understanding of plastic molding processes and machinery.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures in manufacturing.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
