Key Responsibilities: Develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs for residential and commercial real estate projects Prepare masterplans, layout plans, planting schemes, hardscape designs, and other design drawings Collaborate with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and environmental consultants for integrated project design, collaborate with In-house teams and external Consultants. Ensure compliance with local municipal norms, environmental regulations, and project-specific guidelines Oversee landscape design implementation at project sites and coordinate with contractors and vendors Review landscape BOQs, cost estimates, and construction drawings Conduct site assessments, soil analysis, and feasibility studies to support design decisions Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design documentation for internal approvals and client presentations Represent as Landscape design expert at meetings with the Architects, Structural engineers, Interior designers, MEP/ Infra Consultants and all relevant stakeholders internal as well as external. Delivering excellent project work within agreed deadlines and within budget. Ensuring the business goals of the organisation, delivering structural engineering deliverables from consultants. Keeping senior staff informed of important and relevant design decisions to make sure that the objectives of the company are achieved. Verification and validation of specifications and quantity computations in BOQs to release for Landscape works, participating in pre-bid meetings during Tendering and resolving queries, visiting nurseries/ civil materials selections/ approvals. Review of Shop drawings, Builders drawings etc. in coordination with site team and respective consultants. Assisting Liaison team for any statutory related queries. To be well- versed with Environmental/MoEF and local statutory, NBC norms, supporting water calculations and other supporting data associated with related services. Periodic Site visits on project site as and when required to ensure Landscape design intents as per GFC drawings. Finalization of specific material requirements to proceed for procurement. Review Material submittals from vendor. Reply RFI and resolving site queries. Change management: Design/methodology change need to be absorbed with least possible cost impacts and time impacts. Appointing consultants and evaluating their capabilities scopes etc. and assisting in onboarding of the same with clear scope. Detailed engineering reviews for achieving due diligence as well as cost parameters. Coordination with other specialised technical consultants as per project requirements. Review of the various Landscape design options, site related concerns and addressing/resolving the same with help of consultants. Cross functional team coordination for resolving various points with Strategy, Costing, Projects, Marketing, Contracting, Procurement, Liaison etc. Communicate with Facility/CRM team to solve any service issue raised by the customer. Providing Project updates, Reports, Presentations for Management information Qualifications and Work Experience: Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputed Institute. 8-12 years of relevant experience, preferably having worked with Landscape Consultancy as well as Developers in Real estate or large-scale development projects (International and Domestic Landscape Consultants) Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Knowledge of other software like Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Photoshop, and Revit will be added advantage. Strong knowledge of Landscape architectural design, hardscape materials, softscape/ horticulture, planting design, soil conditions, subsoil and surface drainage systems, irrigation, and lighting systems Familiarity with local development regulations, permissions, and Environmental norms (MoEF) Excellent design visualization, communication, and project management skills Ability to manage multiple projects Pan-India and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
