Job Responsibilities: Supervise and manage day-to-day factory operations Plan, execute, and monitor production to meet daily targets Coordinate procurement and track raw material movement Oversee material recovery and inventory management Maintain accurate employee attendance and salary records Manage data entry and production documentation Enforce discipline, safety, cleanliness, and efficiency on the shop floor Report daily operational data to management Lead and supervise a team of 10+ staff/workers Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Education: Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred) Language: Tamil (Preferred) Kannada (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
