Plant Supervisor

As a Floor Supervisor at B3 Group of Companies in the kitchen equipment manufacturing sector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and safety of floor operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising daily production activities and ensuring adherence to production schedules. - Coordinating and monitoring fabrication processes to maintain quality and efficiency. - Interpreting and executing technical drawings, particularly AutoCAD-based designs. - Managing and guiding floor teams by assigning tasks based on job priorities and team capabilities. - Overseeing the manufacturing of kitchen equipment to meet quality standards. - Ensuring proper use and maintenance of machines and tools on the production floor. - Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and workflow efficiency in the production area. Preferred qualifications for this role include: - Experience in kitchen equipment manufacturing, machine operations, and sheet metal fabrication. - Working knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to read technical drawings. - Proven leadership skills and experience in supervising floor teams. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to handle pressure and effectively manage production schedules.
