Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Shall be from Tier 1 or Tier 2 companies.
Candidates from steering , brake , axle , engine , differential & any power train product manufacturing are preferred.
Candidates from sheet metal , stamping , plastic , rubber product etc manufacturing are not preferred.
Should have experience on CNC Programming for turning centers.
Should have experience on turning , grinding.
Hands on working on Auto-cad
Should have hands on work experience on process documents Process flow , PFMEA , Control plan
Should have involved , exposure on new product development from customer RFQ to PPAP , SOP
Should have handled new machine procurement from RFQ preparation to commissioning and handover.

Experience on spline rolling , induction hardening & friction welding will be added advantage.
