Job Summary:
We are looking for a Plant Quality Assistant Trainee who is passionate about maintaining quality excellence in seed processing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, sound agricultural knowledge, and a commitment to ensuring product quality from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect seed lots during all processing stages including cleaning, drying, treatment, and packaging.
• Monitor and record key quality parameters such as purity, moisture content, and germination percentage.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control procedures and company standards.
• Coordinate with plant teams to identify, address, and resolve quality-related issues effectively.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Agriculture/Horticulture (mandatory).
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Willingness to work at Toopran, Telangana.
