Plant Procurement Manager

As a Procurement Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting production in manufacturing units by managing the availability of Non-Production Spends materials and services for supply only. Key Responsibilities: - Commodity Management - Knowledge of Commodities and Feedstock. - Develop, lead, and execute procurement strategies, negotiate contracts for maximum organizational benefit. - Conduct cost benefit analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities. - Vendor Management - Monitor vendor performance closely, drive continuous improvement. - Identify new, reliable, and cost-effective sources of supply. - Collaborate with product development teams to explore product innovation possibilities. - Ensuring Service - Coordinate with vendors and factory team for cross-functional projects. - Improve supplier performance through close collaboration. - Systems & Process - Adhere to RB and Procurement function systems and processes. - Implement end-to-end solutions across the supply chain. - Generate regular MIS and analytics to support performance management systems. - Drive projects on lead time reduction, process improvement, and quality compliance.
