Plant Maintenance (Exe/Sr. Exe/AM)

Role Overview: As a Maintenance Engineer at the PAN INDIA locations, your core responsibility will be to improve productivity and ensure optimal utilization of resources while maintaining a safe working environment. You will focus on reducing downtime, enhancing machining health for increased uptime, and monitoring process safety, quality, and efficiency to minimize variations and implement better control methods. Daily monitoring of plan versus actual results will be essential, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement through Why-Why analysis of breakdowns. Key Responsibilities: - Generate MPR of Spares in SAP - Oversee preventive maintenance and maintain critical spares inventory - Measure and improve customer satisfaction levels - Update documents as per the set frequency - Ensure PPE compliance on the shop floor - Capture near miss incidents for necessary actions - Maintain maintenance costs within budget - Execute TPM, 5'S, Safety, and Kaizen activities in the assigned zone Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering - Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Maintenance - Effective resource utilization and cost control skills - Important behavioral competencies including strong interpersonal skills, emotional stability, and a customer-focused mindset If you thrive in a dynamic maintenance environment, possess the technical expertise required for the role, and have a keen eye for continuous improvement, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.,
