Position : Manufacturing - Plant Incharge

Location : Krishnagiri

Skills : Hindi is Mandatory

Experience :20+yrs

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage plant operations, ensuring smooth production planning, execution, and control.
Oversee factory management activities such as manpower handling, material procurement, and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to manufacturing processes and product quality.
Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to optimize plant performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

20 years of experience in plant management, or at least 4 years in managing clients.
Strong understanding of Hindi language is required for effective communication with team members & Clients.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale industrial operations involving multiple departments.
