Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition (90%): Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions. Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies. Conduct background checks and reference checks. Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Operations (10%): Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Support employee relations and handle grievances. Coordinate training and development programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Manage employee records and HR documentation. Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
