HIRING: Operation Head (Factory Head) Stainleass steel Location: Murthal, Sonipat, Haryana CTC: INR 35 LPA (Flexible) Experience: 20+ years (10+ years as Factory/Unit Head) We are looking for an experienced Operation Head to lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations across three stainless steel manufacturing units. This leadership role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in SS cookware and kitchen sink production and a strong track record in optimizing operations, processes, and performance. Key Responsibilities Include: Manage production across 3 units Improve PPC planning and reduce shipment lead times Achieve daily/shift production targets Enhance machine and manpower productivity Drive zero-defect quality standards SOP development & implementation Inventory and manpower rationalization Supply chain and cost control New product development & plant expansion Execute new projects: Cookware, Sinks, Fabrication Line Strengthen plant capabilities and profitability Required Profile: B.Tech (Engineering) Mechanical/Production preferred Must have SS manufacturing experience (cookware, sinks) Fluent in English & Hindi Age between 4050 years Willing to relocate to Murthal, Sonipat or currently nearby 20+ years of experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles.
