Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Will lead end-to-end operations, ensuring production excellence, quality, safety, and cost efficiency .

Preferred candidate profile

Lead overall plant operations, production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain.
Ensuring the plant is led effectively to operate at its optimum capacity.
Having experience working with unions.
Ensuring plant safety and zero accidents.
Ensure achievement of production targets, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency.
Fostering quality excellence and ensuring adherence to ISO standards
Manage workforce effectively, ensuring engagement, development, and industrial harmony.
Implement Lean, TPM, Kaizen , Six Sigma, and other best practices for process improvement.
Optimize resources and control budgets.
Report plant performance and support strategic initiatives, including modernization and expansion.

BE / B. Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).

18- 25 years of experience in the industrial product/equipment manufacturing industry with at least 10+ years in a plant leadership role.
