Plant Head /Factory Manager

You will be responsible for achieving the aims and objectives of the company in your designated area.

1. Responsible for overall Plant Activities including Manufacturing and Packing.
2. Planning / organizing of: material / manpower / machinery by creating the monthly plan of production
3. Budgeting & Cost Control
4. Ensure achievement of monthly and annual production target
5. Ensuring completion of production targets with zero quality issue, cGMP compliance & ensure the training and development of production staff and worker
6. To control Yields, Wastages, WIP and operating expenses
7. Ensure optimum utilization of resources for productivity of men, machine and material
8. Approve SOPs/BMRs and qualification protocol and reports
9. Ensure the delivery of products as per the production schedule for Factory
10. To ensure work allocation to all department employees. Ensure adequate supervision for achieving production target within approved cost
11. Ensure preventive maintenance of equipments are carried out as per schedule
12. Projecting manpower requirements on Quarterly basis and sharing the same with Management for Approval and forwarding the same to corporate HR for recruitment
13. Responsible for overall Plant Activities including Manufacturing, Packing, Engineering, Quality Control, HSE, HR and General Administration
14. Yield improvement, action plan and its documents
15. Accountable for production, productivity, quality of process & products
16. Ensure production and storage of all products according to the set guidelines
17. Conformation to GMP guidelines and other good practices
18. Ensure in-process QC and its strict implementation
19. Ensure proper consumption of Raw and Packing Material and also final yield of the product
20. Should face plant audits by such outside local/international authorities
21. Manage process machinery/equipment and also the utilities which are getting supplied in the production areas
22. Review and approval of various documents like Product Development Report, and other reports like MMRs, MPRs, Stability Protocols and Reports
23. Coordinating with various departments like Purchase, Production, Quality Assurance etc
24. Presenting daily, weekly and monthly productivity reports
