PLANT HEAD-CREMICA FIBER(SCF)

As a Plant Head specializing in Sprayed Cementitious Fireproofing (SCF), you will be responsible for overseeing the overall plant management to ensure efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. With a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering and preferably a Master's Degree in a relevant field like Business Administration or Engineering Management, along with a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in SCF manufacturing, you are well-equipped to excel in this role. Your key responsibilities will include production planning, quality control implementation, team management, safety compliance, cost optimization, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your technical knowledge of SCF manufacturing processes, materials, and applications will be crucial in leading the production teams effectively. Additionally, your strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills will enable you to drive growth and profitability for the plant. To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience in SCF manufacturing, a deep understanding of quality control and safety protocols, as well as a track record of effective leadership and team management. Your goals will focus on increasing efficiency, enhancing quality, improving safety standards, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the plant. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring at least 10 years of experience in CREMICA FIBER, plant management, SCF, and insulation. The work location is in person.
