Job Description

Oversee production across drivers, SMPS, neon lighting, extrusion, LV/HV, rectifiers, moulding, assembly, and wet processing.
Ensure maximum utilization of plant capacity with minimum downtime.
Drive lean manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and waste elimination initiatives.Implement new product industrialization in alignment with R&D/Design teams.
Ensure efficient raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory management.Implement FIFO FEFO practices and optimize inventory holding costs.
Oversee finished goods warehouse management, storage conditions, and accuracy.Strengthen dispatch and logistics operations to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery.
Coordinate with Sales & Planning teams to align production and dispatch schedules.
Strategic & LeadershipDevelop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee multi-plant, multi-process operations with focus on productivity, quality, and cost optimization.
Drive capacity expansion, automation, and adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies.Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualification

B.Tech in Electrical Electronics (MBA PGDM in Operations Supply Chain General Management preferred).
