Plant And Machinery Maintenance Executive

Position: Plant & Machinery Maintenance Executive (Only Male Candidates)

Location: Sahnewal, Ludhiana, Punjab

Salary: ₹18,000 per month (In-hand)

Experience: Minimum 3 years (preferably in the Food & Beverage industry or any MNC)

Qualification: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance
Relevant ITI Trades: Fitter, Electrician, Mechanical Maintenance, etc.

Preferred: Local candidates

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute routine maintenance schedules for plant equipment and facilities
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns
• Respond promptly to machinery or equipment failures and perform necessary repairs
• Diagnose faults and coordinate with service technicians when required
• Minimize downtime by prioritizing and resolving technical issues efficiently
• Monitor the condition of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, AHU, RO, air compressor, generators, and other utility systems
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts
• Track and record machinery breakdowns and maintain detailed maintenance logs
• Conduct routine safety checks and risk assessments
• Provide basic training to machine operators on safety and operational efficiency
