Planning Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Preparing progress report & status report generation and updating the same on regular basis using and handling critical path analysis using by Ms. Projects.
• Preparing budget, cash flow and CTC forecast for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis control the cost overrun of the project.
• Co-coordinating with all stakeholder of the project to overcome the difficulties and the issue to smooth running the project by fulfilling the all stakeholders requirement.
• Monitoring and controlling the project cost by using Ms. Projects module in SAP system without affection the project profit margin.
• Preparing the PR (Purchase Requisition), Tracking the GRN, and checking the service entry sheet by using MM module in SAP system.
• Preparing and monitoring and Drawing submission approval status along with and target plan for submission for balance drawing.

Need to work as a Team lead of a commissioning team to complete the project.

• Preparing the delay analysis report for approval of basic and detail engineering drawings, supply of equipment and availability of erection front from Consultant/ Consortium partner/ Customer.
• Preparing and monitoring of construction schedule of all Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical & Utility work by using planning software Ms.Projects.
• Preparing Daily Progress Report (DPR), Weekly Progress Report (WPR) & Monthly Progress Report (MPR) based actual work done and preparing presentation as per the customers requirement.
• Monthly Client supply and service billing of Civil, Structural &Mechanical, and Utility & Electrical work for the project.
• Preparing the monthly, quarterly and yearly budget of whole project and preparing the CTC (Cost to Company) for completion of left out job.
• Details resource planning and finally mobilization of the same at site to accomplish the monthly targets.
• Coordinating with PMD Department/Design Section/ Consultant and Client personnel and Drawing controlling at site and Coordination among Site execution team to resolve the issue.
• Preparation of work order / purchase order for contractors/vendors to start their respective work or supply the materials.
• Preparation of delay analysis report variation / change order for extra job done beyond contractual scope during the execution of project activities.
