We are hiring for AI & LLM Engineer – PLOT (ODIF + OSIF) Location: Remote / Delhi NCR Experience: 2–5 years Reporting To: Product Lead, PLOT AI Division Role Overview We are building AI copilots for manufacturing execution through our twin platforms — ODIF (On Day In Full) for human performance and OSIF (One Shift In Full) for process intelligence. You will lead the LLM and AI agent layer — transforming PLOT’s massive structured data (WBS, 3TSOP, production, and compliance datasets) into interactive, queryable AI systems using LangChain and LangGraph frameworks. Key ResponsibilitiesFor ODIF (Human Performance AI) · Build an LLM-based Chat Engine using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) that can answer questions about any WBS type, SOP, or job card from PLOT’s internal data. · Develop a Quality WBS Evaluator — an AI model that scores and refines work breakdown structures based on accuracy, completeness, and compliance logic. · Implement feedback loops that help AI improve by comparing real user inputs vs. optimal WBS models. For OSIF (Process AI) · Create an LLM-powered factory assistant that answers real-time questions about production status, delays, checklists, deviations, and 3TSOP adherence. · Build context-aware retrieval pipelines using LangGraph for querying across multi-site manufacturing data. · Collaborate with engineering teams to connect PLC/SCADA/ERP data layers to the LLM interface through secure API ingestion. Cross-Functional · Design vector databases (Chroma, Pinecone, FAISS) for storing and retrieving domain knowledge. · Experiment with prompt chaining, memory management, and function calling to make the AI contextually persistent. · Continuously improve data governance and embedding accuracy to ensure 99% factual consistency. Required Skills · Proven experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG-based LLM systems. · Proficiency in Python, LLM fine-tuning, and frameworks like OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, LlamaIndex, or similar. · Deep understanding of vector databases, prompt optimization, and document chunking strategies. · Familiarity with ETL pipelines, API integration, and SQL/PostgreSQL data structures. · Bonus: experience with manufacturing data, ERP, or process automation environments.
