Planning Engineer

As an integral part of Eskay Elevators, you will be responsible for developing and managing project planning for elevator and parking system projects. This includes coordinating with sales, design, procurement, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. You will create baseline schedules using planning tools like MS Project/Primavera and monitor project progress to address any risks, bottlenecks, and constraints. Additionally, optimizing inventory and material delivery schedules, forecasting manpower and material requirements, and participating in client meetings for planning reviews will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage project planning for elevator and parking system projects. - Coordinate with sales, design, procurement, manufacturing, and installation teams. - Create baseline schedules using planning tools like MS Project/Primavera. - Monitor project progress and address risks, bottlenecks, and constraints. - Optimize inventory and material delivery schedules. - Forecast manpower and material requirements. - Participate in client meetings for planning reviews. - Prepare MIS, dashboards, and delay analysis reports. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Key Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or related field. - 3+ years of planning experience in the elevator or parking automation industry. - Hands-on experience with project scheduling. - Strong understanding of installation sequences and material flow. - Excellent communication and analytical skills. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
