Planning Engineer (Construction)

As a Planning Engineer, your role involves conducting timeline meetings at the beginning of each project, understanding project specifications, preparing and executing time schedules, and calculating the materials, manpower, and machinery needed for project execution. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability of all materials and labor for timely project completion. Additionally, you will conduct review meetings with stakeholders, attend consultant review meetings, and document meeting minutes. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct timeline meetings at the beginning of each project - Prepare and execute time schedules for each project - Calculate materials, manpower, and machinery needed for project execution - Ensure availability of materials and labor for timely project completion - Conduct review meetings with stakeholders and attend consultant review meetings - Collect periodic updates and prepare project summary sheet on a daily basis - Monitor and track project progress, and prepare project updates and reports for Management - Maintain lists of managers, site supervisors, and storekeepers for each project - Collect LOI and GST certificates for new projects from regional coordinators - Collect project completion certificates from site supervisors after project completion - Coordinate with various departments for successful project completion within the specified time period Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field - Minimum 4 years of experience in project planning and execution - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in project management tools and software This is a full-time, permanent position located in Kozhikode, Kerala.,
