Open Position: Planning Engineer - Building

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitoring of project planning & project budget in consultation with the project team and CEMG and ensure that all concerned are aware of the plans.
• Monitoring of work plans, resource utilization, productivity studies etc.
• Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.
• Negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices.
• Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.
• Monitoring and tracking project progress and writing up reports.
• Preparation of detailed construction work program and monthly work program with resources and material requirement.
• Preparation of Escalation in BOT/EPC project & submit it to Client/Lender Engineer in all aspects.
• Prepare the financial budget.
• Serve as acting Planning Director in his or her absence.
• Provide overall management of division-related planning issues.
