Diploma or BE (Bachelor of Engineering) graduates with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Production Planning and Control (PPC) operations, preferably within an industrial or machinery manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Production Scheduling: Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity.
• Prioritizing Production Orders: Prioritize production schedules based on urgency, resource availability, and customer demand.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure that necessary resources (raw materials, Spares, machines, labour) are available for scheduled production runs.
• Raw Material Management: Monitor raw material levels and initiate procurement orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Finished Goods Inventory: Track and maintain finished goods inventory to meet delivery schedules without overstocking.
• Inventory Optimization: Minimize excess inventory and ensure proper inventory turnover in alignment with production schedules.
• Cross-department Coordination: Collaborate closely with procurement, production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Vendor Communication: Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
• Lead Time Management: Monitor lead times for both materials and finished goods to ensure alignment with production schedules.
• Should have the ability to read electrical, machining, and assembly drawings, with relevant experience in the Planning Department of a manufacturing company. Familiarity with P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) is essential.

Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in sheet metal processes: laser cutting, bending, welding.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience with data analysis (MS. Excel) and forecasting.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary: As per the industrial norms. Salary will not constrain for the right candidate

Preferred: Male candidate who is either currently idle or available to join immediately.

Location: Malumichampatti, Coimbatore.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
