Job Description

Experience: 12-15 years of experience in real estate development or construction project management Demonstrated track record of successful planning and control management in hotel, mall, or high-end commercial construction Proven experience in leading and coordinating project planning activities Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for hotel, mall, and high-end commercial construction projects Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, implementing proactive solutions to mitigate issues Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables Analyze project performance data to evaluate cost efficiency and identify areas for improvement Provide regular reports on project status, budget variance, and schedule adherence to senior management Lead and mentor a team of planning and control professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and safety requirements throughout project execution Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Construction Management from (NICMAR / CEPT) or Project Management (preferred) Certification Required: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification(preferred) LEED Accredited Professional (preferred) Behavioral Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced construction environment Strategic thinking and long-term planning mindset Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 Advanced knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and cost control techniques Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) and other construction technology tools Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies for construction projects Thorough understanding of sustainable construction practices and green building principles Non-Negotiable Skills: Hotel, mall, or high-end commercial construction project management Strategic project planning and scheduling Budget control and cost management
