Planning & Analysis- Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for addressing business inquiries within the agreed turnaround time. You will actively pursue opportunities to enhance processes, technology, and services, communicate improvement strategies to the business, and lead implementation efforts. Additionally, you will assist the business in generating monthly and quarterly reports, as well as conducting variance reviews. Proactively analyzing trends, investigating issues, and responding to inquiries will be a key part of your role. Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all reports and presentations is essential. You will also be required to strengthen controls and streamline processes, incorporating automation where feasible. Participation in projects to promote global consistency and create synergies across the team is expected. The ideal candidate for this position should have advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. You should be inquisitive, enthusiastic, diligent, and capable of challenging peers. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly. Being highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines is crucial. Integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information is a must.
