Job Description

As a Sales Associate III, you will be responsible for engaging in both face-to-face and remote selling activities to both new and existing customers across various sales channels. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs and providing them with suitable products, services, and solutions. Your key responsibilities will include developing and delivering sales bids, proposals, and presentations, as well as participating in product demonstrations. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying and reaching out to potential customers, nurturing customer relationships to drive future sales and repeat business. Drawing upon your extensive theoretical knowledge, you will engage in direct sales activities with customers. In this role, you will handle a range of tasks, including complex clerical, administrative, technical, and customer support issues, with minimal supervision. You will be expected to escalate only the most challenging issues to the appropriate personnel while autonomously resolving others. The Sales Associate III position may also entail other duties as assigned. Minimum qualifications for this role include a high school diploma, secondary education level, or an equivalent qualification.,
