Placement Officer

Experience: 8-10 years in Corporate Relations / Placements / Recruitment / Career ServicesKey Responsibilities:

• Manage complete campus placement activities (internships and final placements).
• Build and maintain relationships with companies for placement opportunities.
• Guide students on career options, resume preparation, interview skills, and networking.
• Organize soft skills and placement training programs for students.
• Plan and coordinate campus recruitment drives (online & offline).
• Communicate with companies to fix interview schedules and placement drives.
• Focus on achieving stream-wise placements with good salary packages.
• Coordinate with students, faculty, and recruiters to finalize job offers and ensure smooth joining.
• Keep records of placement data (offer letters, feedback, documents) for audits and reports.
• Analyze placement data to find improvement areas and increase success rates.
• Stay updated with industry needs and employer expectations.
• Collect feedback from recruiters to improve placement strategies and training.

Qualifications:

• Experience in placements, recruitment, or corporate relations (preferably in the education sector).
• Good knowledge of recruitment trends and job market requirements.
