Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Engineering, Management, HR, Education, or a related field (Bachelors degree with relevant experience may also be considered).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in placements, corporate relations, or career services (preferably in higher education).
• Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong industry connections to secure internships and placements for students.
• Plan, organize, and execute campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and placement activities.
• Provide career guidance to students, including resume preparation, interview skills, and career planning.
• Maintain updated placement records, recruiter databases, and industry contacts.
• Collaborate with faculty, alumni, and industry experts to enhance student employability.
