Assistant Director - Training & Placement

Role Overview: As an ideal candidate for this position, you will be responsible for assisting in planning and executing placement activities, coordinating with industry partners for internships and recruitment drives, conducting student career counseling and training sessions, maintaining placement records, and contributing to building strong employer relations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and execution of placement activities - Coordinate with industry partners for internships and recruitment drives - Conduct student career counseling and training sessions - Maintain placement records and support data-driven reports - Contribute to building strong employer relations Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in Engineering/Management, Education, HR, or related field.
