Qualifications & Experience

  • Masters degree in Engineering/Management, Education, HR, or related field. Ph.D. preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in career services, placements, or corporate relations.
  • Proven track record of successful student placements and industry collaboration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director in strategic planning for placements and industry relations.
  • Build employer networks and partnerships across domains.
  • Enhance student career readiness through training and internships.
  • Oversee placement drives, internships, and corporate engagement programs.
  • Ensure accurate data reporting of placement outcomes.
