As a Placement Officer for Cyber security and AI & ML Courses at our organization located in Kudlu gate, Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in supporting students enrolled in these programs to achieve their career goals. Your primary responsibility will be to provide career development support through counseling sessions, workshops, and seminars focused on resume building, interview preparation, job searching strategies, networking, and industry trends. You will be tasked with engaging with employers in the cyber security and AI sectors to create job placement opportunities for students. This will involve establishing and maintaining relationships with companies, organizing job fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events to connect students with potential employers. In addition to facilitating job placements, you will be responsible for assessing student skills and interests to effectively match them with job openings. Collaboration with academic staff to align curriculum changes with industry needs will be essential to ensure that students are well-prepared for the job market. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Career Services, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience of at least 1 year in career services, recruitment, or a related field, preferably within the tech sector, will be advantageous. Familiarity with the cyber security and AI & ML industries is highly desirable.
