Placement Officer

Techno Dot Academy is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Placement Officer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing placement drives, establishing strong industry connections, and providing full placement support and guidance to students to help them achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate campus placement drives and career events.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and corporate recruiters.
• Guide students on career development, resume building, interview skills, and job readiness.
• Handle placement-related enquiries and conduct timely follow-ups with recruiters and students.
• Keep update of industry trends and job market demands to align placement activities accordingly.
• Maintain updated placement records, student profiles, and recruiter databases.
• Foster clear communication between students, faculty, and the management team.
• Contribute to creating a dynamic and student-centered placement environment with opportunities for professional growth and impact.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA in Business Administration or a related field is preferred; candidates with a strong foundation in management and relevant experience will also be considered.
• Proficient in English and Malayalam, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for student success and industry engagement.
