You will be responsible for hiring candidates from various skill placement programs and NGOs. Your role will involve visiting different foundations, skills academies, nursing institutes, etc., as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) person. You will be required to conduct initial and final rounds of interviews, ensure candidate retention, and provide regular counseling. Additionally, you will oversee the coordination from initial hiring to the smooth handover of candidates to the organization, including handling documentation and initial induction processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in field recruitment. While you may not need to visit the office regularly, you should be prepared to travel within the state for job drives. Flexibility and confidence are key attributes for success in this role. The desired experience for this position is between 2 to 5 years, and the salary offered will be competitive and in line with industry standards.,
