Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Traffic Incharges to drive truck procurement at best freight rates.
Build and manage relationships with existing and new booking offices.
Maintain and engage a strong supply partner base for seamless matchmaking.
Ensure smooth operations through coordination with central teams.
Monitor vehicle tracking and resolve POD and payment-related issues.
Drive performance on truck placement, freight value, and margin targets.

Candidate Requirements:

25 years of experience in logistics/transport operations.
Preference for candidates with traffic background in traditional transport companies.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
Graduation is preferred but not mandatory.
