Placement Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Placement Executive to manage and coordinate placement activities for our students. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with companies, organizing campus drives, and ensuring maximum placement opportunities for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with companies and industry partners for placement opportunities.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry interaction events.
• Coordinate with students to prepare them for interviews including resume building, mock interviews, and soft skills training.
• Maintain placement records and generate regular reports for management.
• Identify and analyze industry trends to align student skillsets with current market demands.
• Collaborate with academic and training teams to bridge any skill gaps.
• Handle all placement-related documentation and correspondence.
• Assist students with internship and job placement support.
• Maintain a strong alumni network for future placement support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)
