We are looking for an enthusiastic Placement Coordinator to connect students with job opportunities and manage end-to-end placement activities. The role involves preparing students for recruitment, building relationships with employers, organizing placement drives, and ensuring successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct pre-placement training (resume building, interview prep, etc.). Collaborate with employers to secure job opportunities. Organize and coordinate placement drives and job fairs. Maintain placement records and provide regular reports. Stay updated on industry trends and hiring practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience preferred). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of recruitment processes and market trends. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
