Placement Coordinator

Job Title: Placement Coordinator Job Summary: The Placement Coordinator supports the Placement Officer in organizing job and internship placement activities for students. This role includes administrative support, employer communication, maintaining placement records, and assisting students in career preparation. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Human Resources department in scheduling interviews, campus recruitment drives, and placement-related events. Maintain accurate records of student profiles, resumes, placement status, and employer details. Communicate with recruiters regarding job openings and application deadlines. Collect and compile feedback from recruiters and students after placements. Maintain positive relationships with team members and students. Prepare and manage placement databases. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in education or a placement-related field. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English, Hindi, Tamil, or Malayalam (not mandatory). Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with campus recruitment and placement processes. Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
