Placement Coordinator - Cyber Security

As a Placement Officer for Cyber security and AI & ML Courses at our organization, your role will involve facilitating career opportunities for students enrolled in our programs. Your strong background in career services and deep understanding of the tech industry will enable you to support students in achieving their professional goals effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students on career options, resume building, and interview preparation. - Develop and deliver workshops and seminars on job searching strategies, networking, and industry trends. - Establish and maintain relationships with companies in the cyber security and AI sectors to create job placement opportunities. - Organize job fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events for students to connect with potential employers. - Assess student skills and interests to match them effectively with job openings. - Stay informed about developments in the cyber security and AI & ML fields to provide relevant guidance to students. - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance personal effectiveness and industry knowledge. Qualifications Required: - Masters in Technical background, cyber security for Experienced - Masters in Life science for Freshers Experience: - Minimum of 1 year experience in career services, recruitment, or a related field, preferably within the tech sector. - Familiarity with the cyber security and AI & ML industries is highly desirable. Skills: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in using career services software and job platforms.
