Job Description

Placement Assistant - Graduate (any stream) with an experience of 1 to 3 years in backend operations.

Assist in scheduling placement drives, interviews, and pre-placement talks.
Handle logistics like venue arrangements, equipment setup, and candidate registration.
Maintain updated student and recruiter databases.
Prepare and circulate placement-related notices, schedules, and reports.
Support in compiling placement statistics and feedback
Act as a point of contact for students regarding placement activities.
Relay recruiter requirements and instructions to students
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth placement operations.
Guide students on the placement process and ensure they meet eligibility/registration requirements.
Collect resumes, verify details, and assist in creating student profiles.
Manage student attendance, document verification, and pre-interview arrangements.
Assist recruiters during campus drives for smooth facilitation.
Follow up with students and recruiters for post-placement feedback.
Track internship offers and joining details.

Skills - Clear verbal and written communication skills, ability to handle multiple task during drives, Patient and approcahable while dealing with students, MS Office, Spreadsheets and Basic data base management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
