Placement Assistant

As a Placement Coordinator, your role will involve coordinating various placement-related activities to ensure effective job placements for students. Your key responsibilities will include: - Determining employment interests of students - Liaising with corporate companies - Representing the school for professional and career planning at various forums - Maintaining a database of placement activities - Coordinating all processes of placements with students and faculty - Arranging for campus interviews - Preparing brochures with student committees - Facilitating lateral and final placements Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree from any statutory University - Good communication skills - Strong coordinating ability - 5-10 years of experience in coordination, handling, organizing & conducting activities related to the profile - Knowledge in the relevant field - Experience in education institutions/sector and service sector preferred - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in Placement at Institutes of National/International repute will be an advantage Additionally, you will report to the Director/Deputy Director and build industry interfaces for various training programs, CEO series, corporate projects, and industry visits.,
