Key Responsibilities:

Employer Relations:

• Lead Generation

  :

  Identify new companies and reach out to them for internships, final placements,

  and other engagement activities, ensuring continuous engagement throughout the student lifecycle.

• Enhance Placement Value

  :

  Focus on bringing top brands to campus

  , aiming for higher salary packages and improving Year-on-Year (YoY) increases in median salary offerings.

• Event Organization

  : Plan and execute employer networking events, job fairs, and recruitment drives to connect students with potential employers.

• Industry Awareness:

  Stay informed about industry and economic developments to enhance outreach efforts and placement effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
• Experience: Proven experience in career services, recruitment, or student outreach roles (preferably in a university or educational institution).

Must Have:

• Prior experience with universities placement
